Immediate Results!!
I received the John Frieda Blue Crush for Brunettes Blue Shampoo in exchange for my review. I've never used or heard of a blue shampoo before, but I was excited to give it a shot. I have thick curly dyed hair, and found that the shampoo had great lather so a little went a long way. I used the shampo...

For Brunettes Only! Blue Crush
John Frieda Blue Crush Shampoo. I receive this product for free to give my honest review. The shampoo is 250 ml bright blue color straight out of the tube, the smell is delicious. I have dark brown hair and the product was really gentle on my hair. The product left my hair feeling sleek and health...

Does nothing
I used this several times. I tried leaving it on longer and it just made my hair tangled and dry. It literally made no difference in the colour at all.

johnfrieda.com/I have recently used a colour remover on my naturally brown hair to remove all the very dark brown dye buildup from over tge last five years. After the colour remover, my hair was orange! Horrific! But I used this shampoo and conditioner and it has definitely helped to tone down the orange. I'm a bit red on top still but so much better than I was.
Great stuff
This works just as well , if not better, than my blue shampoo from the salon that was double the price. Definitely recommend! It lost one star because it is a little bit drying / tangling, but I find this happens with all toned shampoo. Also don't recommend the conditioner, it doesn't do anything for toning or moisturizing/detangling.

johnfrieda.com/I received this for free through Topbox Circle to try and review. I have 100% virgin brunette hair, in the summer it gets a little auburn tint, but I like that, and thought it was a nice feature to brown hair? I wouldn't want to tone it out. But I guess this is intended for bleached / coloured hair? Regardless, I tried it. It stained my hands immediately, it was actually kind of funny. Thankfully it didn't stain the rest of my skin or my bathtub in the shower. After rinsing and drying, it didn't seem to have done much, but my hair looked dull and had a slightly greenish/baby poop hue. I think this is just a money grab. Purple shampoo for blonde hair is so popular, they're just trying to hit the brunette market, too.
Not great

johnfrieda.com/I have used the Blue Crush Shampoo a couple times. It has a light nice smell and makes my hair feel really soft. I have not really noticed a significant difference in the tone of my hair. But otherwise a nice product, I would give this and other John Frieda products a try. #freeproduct #trywithtopbox

johnfrieda.com/Thanks to topbox I got to try this product for free so I am thankful for that. The shampoo was very blue and staining which was a bit weird to deal with. Honestly didn't find any difference in hair tone but as a shampoo the smell and feel of hair was decent
Interesting concept, but....

johnfrieda.com/Pleasant scent, good lather, left my hair feeling softer and smelling fresh, interesting concept, BUT I did not appreciate the blue goo staining my nails, hands, scalp and shower walls. I did not notice any change in hair tone though perhaps with extended use it would be more evident. Overall, it's a no for me. #freeproduct #trywithtopbox

johnfrieda.com/I was lucky enough to receive this product for free for my honest review from Topbox Marketing. I have rich brown colour treated hair that I didn't think had any brassy/reddish tones to it but everyone in my life has been telling me how amazing my colour has been since I started using this shampoo and conditioner. My hair also feels great and much more soft and smooth. Not to mention the fragrance is so yummy!! I have had a great experience with this brand and will continue to buy it from now on. #trywithtopbox #freeproduct

johnfrieda.com/I received John Frieda Blue Crush for Brunettes Blue Shampoo from Topbox in exchange for my honest opinion. The colour of the product is a very intense blue that actually stained my hands & nails slightly. As a shampoo, it smells quite nice and works as well as John Frieda haircare usually does. My hair felt clean, soft and less frizzy. I did not notice any significant change to my hair tone (brunette), but maybe that's just me. Overall, the quality is there and I'd still recommend it to try out.
