Joico missing deep conditioner
This pack is NOT as described. It included a sample hair spray instead of the deep conditioner. Disappointing.
Misleading picture of product
I ordered this set as it was a fantastic deal with the recontructor as pictured. What I got was the shampoo, conditioner and a tiny travel size finishing spray. This is not a good price! I can buy it cheaper anywhere. My fault for not reading the description properly but just a heads up if purchasing.
Reviewed at
Not the items described - not the holiday trio!
I ordered this kit specifically for the reconstructor, I didn't get it, instead I got a kpak shampoo and conditioner. Don't order this unless you want a shampoo/conditioner set with a tiny hair spray.
Not as advertised
I bought this trio as it was an extremely good deal. The problem is that they shipped the set shampoo and conditioner and instead of the deep conditioner they substituted a small travel sized dry shampoo! This is not what I wanted and is not how the product is advertised and described. I also bought three sets so it's even more annoying. Shoppers, this product is not as advertised!! I want the deep conditioner and you can keep your small dry shampoo!!
