I was really blown away by this product. I don't use Jouviance but have heard great things about the brand and seen really good results for those who do use it. I picked up this sample just to try and hold me over until I got my eye cream. Even for just a serum it did amazing. I noticed after probably 3 weeks that all of my fines lines (even just crease lines) have almost disappeared and my eye area has never looked this smooth. I was not expecting this because I don't find eye serums usually work, but after the 3 weeks I paired it with my actual eye cream and my eye area has never looked so smooth, healthy, and youthful. You also need very little product so this would last you a while. Definitely will purchase once I am out of my sample.

I am very impressed with the formula. I usually have dehydration lines, swelling and dark circles in the morning. I find most eye treatments were either too rich but didn't reduce my eye puffiness or reduce puffiness but left my under eyes dry lines and dark circles. This formula was a perfect blend for me and lasts a whole day and overnight. Again, I'm very impressed, I noticed a difference right away. one negative comment I have is for the packaging. I find I don't need very much but the pump puts out way too much for per a use.

I understand that the amount of product is only 15ML. The company tries to make the packages look luxury and more product than it is supposed to be. The pump was good for couple times, then it is stop working. The product is too thick and gunk up, so there is not enough product to pump it up! I am very disappointed at the packaging. This eye serum will have more compliment reviews, if the product is in the jar packaging. I do not know how to get all of the product from the tube out to get the use of it.

Bought this pump didn't work, opened it, almost empty. Same thing as another review I just read on here. Disappointed.

I've had this for a little more than a week, and it works well. The illumination is literally in the cream, so you want to blend it with a foundation or powder. Moisturizes well and doesn't bother my sensitive/eczema skin. Looking for long term improvement, so far, so good.

I go through eye cream like crazy and in 2 weeks this stuff has not only rehydrated and improved my dark circles but it goes a long way! Love it. Also loving the Jouviance facial scrub and milk cleanser.

The new serum is too thick and solid, and is not as old serum that was very fluid and light. new one is very thick and does not absorb into skin as the old version of this product did. I have used this product for over 7.5 years and do not like the new one and do not get it any more unless the old product come back.

While pregnant I was combating some serious dryness under my eyes. eczema style dryness. This cream cleared it all up within a few days. It's really wonderful. I wish it wasnt so expensive though.

My grandmother purchased this product about 3 weeks ago. When she tried to use the product the pump did not work so she opened the bottle to find the bottle almost empty! Large bottle, very small amount of product. Contacted jouviance customer service and was asked 2 weeks later after "in depth testing" to send it back. The product and customer service need work.
