"Killer" Cereal
I'm a fan of healthy cereal as a super meal-replacement option for any time of the day. I used to take cereal to work as my favourite lunch option (thus avoiding having to use the company microwave, which people would rarely clean after use.) Now that I'm retired, it's still my go-to snack/meal.
