I thought this would be great for my sensitive skin. I find it isn't effective. It's gentle but doesn't seem to be doing a thing. I have found keihls products all so unremarkable. I do not understand the hype. Perhaps people gets free products and give a glowing review. My trial period has ended. I'm not a believer.

I was using the SkinMedica .25% which has a similar creamy texture to the Kiehl's. No matter how slowly I ramped up with it I still got scaly skin. I've used the Kiehl's every other day for two weeks and so far so good. I use a moisturizer on top of it at night. The Kiehl's slow release retinal seems to be working. Very pleased so far.

Have been using product for less than one month so we will see if I get the results I'm looking for. So far I have been happy with the product. Does not irritate my skin and plan to continue to use it to help with fine lines and my deeper forehead lines.

Not a fan. Except for adding this to my skincare regime, nothing else has changed and I've broken out into small, itchy, red bumps all over my face and the side of neck. I reached out to Kiehls via email but yet to hear back.

This daily serum is fantastic! My skin is so soft! So happy that I've begun to use it. I use it on my clean dry face after toning and follow it up with my daytime moisturizer. You use it only once a day. My skin is incredibly soft and facial lines are becoming less prominent. Can't say enough good things about this daily retinol treatment, as well as Kiehl's hyaluronic acid serum and Glycolic acid serum. Kiehl's products are so impressive.

This retinol was the best for me. I have tried other brands, but this one works for my skin. Most people said Kiehls is pricey, but for me, it is worth it. This retinol was not harsh to my face, and I can use it every night. I would say that I found the best skincare for me.

This is my first time using any form of retinol because I was always nervous with my sensitive skin. This is the perfect micro dose formula!! My skin honestly thanks me since I've started to use this. I'm about three weeks into using this retinol. I currently use this morning and night every other day as I am introducing it into my routine & didn't want to shock my skin and I am about to start using it daily next week! The holy grail combo for saving my skin right now is the combination of using the Pore Cleansing Mask & this retinol. In just a few weeks I have already started to see improvement in my red and uneven skin.

It's ok but the "one pump" isn't really sufficient for the face and the neck.

When I tell you that you won't be dissatisfied please believe me, this product is amazing! I've been using it for a month and I ended up buying 2 extra so keep handy. I will definitely keep buying it.
