I am using the single shot double walled basket pre ground coffee. I am taking 10-12 gms of coffee and the machine is only able to extract 10-12 gms of espresso. For the first 2-4 times it was able to extract good amount of coffee almost 1:2 ratio but now very less espresso is being extracted that too without crema.

This is a simple espresso machine. Nothing complicated. Easy to use and follow directions. I haven't used the milk frother yet, but the rest of the features work well. It is pretty stainless steel and matches nicely in my kitchen. The water dispenser is pretty flimsy considering the pucks and everything else are pretty heavy and great quality. It is loud and if you use certain cups that are light in weight, your cup will be moving so be careful! I got the machine on sale so I'm quite pleased.

I'm no espresso expert and this is the first espresso machine I've owned, but I'm glad I bought it. Espresso is so much better than drip coffee. The grind size and quantity seem to be very consistent. I wish it came with more accessories for preparing the portafilter, though, as it can be difficult to get the grounds flat and even, leading to more espresso coming out one side of the portafilter.

I feel there might be something wrong with my unit. The tray underneath needs to be emptied every 2-3 days. Is this normal? It feels like a slow leak to me

This machine is great for those who are new at brewing espresso and wanting to experiment with different brewing options. The machine is beautiful and durable, it's easy to product the perfect amount of espresso, you don't have to wait long for your beverage to brew and it's easy clean and purge.

I have had 2 of these machines and they haven't lasted 24hrs. They both leaked water out of the back tank ruining my floor. I would never purchase this machine again and if I could give it 0 stars I would. This has been the worst product I have purchased in my entire life.

Great machine - looks professional, and has my friends thinking I'm a real barista. Makes a great brew every time. Excellent Latte's.

I could not get it to work correctly I took it back to store an bought a different machine
