Top shampoo on the market
I have done hair shows as a model for Redken, L'Oréal, Matrix and others. This shampoo is by far superior. Starting with the invigorating scent, to the smooth feel and calmness it brings my scalp and sensations. Love this product…. It's a must have in your next purchase ;)
Extremely Disappointed
I used Klorane Soothing Shampoo and Conditioner on my chin length fine unprocessed hair and it left my hair feeling stripped and tangled. I could not even get a very wide tooth shower comb through my hair, it was so knotted. I gave it a second chance but the results were the same. The price for the two products came to fifty dollars with taxes and it is unusable. I find it hard to believe that this brand performed so poorly and I have no idea why. I also had to go to three stores to find it - save your money, buy a decent regular shampoo and save forty dollars.
