I bleed very heavy and was skeptical. I like that they are not 4 inches thick . I feel confident that ilI don't have to worry about leaking or people noticing that I am wearing a pad . I've looked everywhere for them the past two times I had my period and got these thinking they'd be the same but they aren't and have ruined multiple pairs of underwear. Definitely don't recommend.
