Every time I used to dye my hair, it would take on red tones, but this color suits me beautifully; it didn't turn red at all, and it looks very good and lovely.

I've been using this color for over 20 years with complete satisfaction. I like the strawberry blond color which is natural to me. Yesterday, I used the product and the result is a deep dark red color, which is absolutely horrific.

Why discontinue the best selling color in Excellence line ,??? B1 light ash blonde. I have been using Excellence hair color for years, now the best color has been discontinued very very sad 😔

This doesn't cover grey at all. I have tried a few different colours with no success. Super annoying when you say it 100% covers and it just doesn't - at all.

I am so upset I tried the 8UA. It is so dark nothing like on the box. Color is flat and dark. Stayed 30 minutes no longer. I will never use this again.

J'utilise ce produit depuis des années et il me donnait entièrement satisfaction. Depuis le changement récent de formule, c'est une catastrophe. Produit épais, difficile à faire sortir du flacon et difficile à appliquer. Le résultat couleur n'est plus le même qu'avant malgré un temps de pose légèrement supérieur comme précauniser sur la boîte. Au final, la couleur est décevante, elle ne tient pas dans le temps, des reflets roux importants et des cheveux secs. Une grosse déception depuis le changement de formule donc je n'utiliserai plus ce produit

This blond color is the WORST I've ever tried. The color on the box is not the color on your head when done. I have used this same color on loreal preference and its the only one that gives you real blonde. This is garbage and more of a beige blonde .Don't believe the pic on the box you're hair does not go as light as it shows and no where close to that color. It is a waste of money.!!

I've been buying this product for years and it's very good. I get the extra light blonde excellence for my roots and save myself $$$$ . PS:I use a brush specifically for doing roots.

Great product, I have been using for years. I have noticed that the packaging for the Deep Conditioner has changed and really sucks because after you use it once the side seam comes apart and oozes all over your hands making it impossible to save and use the next week. Go back to the packing similar to the shampoo so that you do not waste product.
