lorealparis.ca/I bought this 2 weeks ago and now need to sharpen it the bottom part of it twists like it twists it up but it doesn't actually go anywhere. And I haven't had to sharpen an eyeliner since the 90s! I'm surprised that such a well-known company like L'Oreal would continue selling such a mediocre product knowing the reviews on it. Back to the competition I go!

lorealparis.ca/I bought this pencil today and it doesn't glide at all. I thought sharpening it would help but it is still very dry. It tugs and pulls on the skin so I don't know how I am supposed to use on a sensitive area like eyes. I don't know if I got an expired product of what but very disappointed in the product because I bought it after seeing videos of some influencers using it. Now this is a complete waste of money for me. I need a resolution for this.

Don't bother, this is the worst garbage I ever purchased in an eyeliner. Used once & it broke. Tried several sharpening methods and all it did is break the liner and completely made it fall out. Wish I could get my $ back.
