This is a terrible product and stupidly priced. It is not precise as it implies. Comes out a clumpy mess, and is difficult to apply a thin layer. Save your money.

I was skeptical about this because didn't know if it would stand out different to my hair color. I was amazed at how it blended in and covered the grey roots. This will definetly help stretch out my hair appointments longer. I am so excited!

I was so excited when I first saw this product on shelves that I bought 3 of them. The first one I used was perfect. The mechanism worked and the color blend was amazing. So easy and it worked better than the sprays or other products I had tried previously. The second pen seemed to work fine but after the second day, the color would not come out. No matter how much I twisted, nothing came out. It just twists endlesslessly. Disappointed, I opened the third pen. This one won't even give me 1 days use. I've been twisting for 5 minutes and no color comes out. The idea is amazing, but I would be wasting a lot of money if each purchase is a lottery - will it work or not??? 1 out of 3 is quite terrible. I don't know what to do - I can't take them back or get a refund. And I'm not sure I want to buy more and take the chance…. I want to recommend this product because the one that worked was fantastic, but it would be a buyer beware recommendation…. So I have to go with no.

I love this but the medium brown is like black. Can you please make a light brown??? Sounds like MANY people are asking for the same thing. Do you read the reviews?

I wish I could have TRIED the product. I couldn't get the cap off; my husband couldn't either. What a waste of money!

Great product, but too dark for me. I need a color lighter then medium brown. You should offer it in light brown too. shame.

I purchased the lightest available color of Medium Brown. But it is still too dark as my hair is a light brown. It worked great but didn't match enough. I tried to use more sparingly but still too dark. Please make in lighter shades. But if you have darker hair I would highly recommend.

I use your L'Oreal Excellence Creme 6RB Light Reddish Brown hair color. The medium brown pen is too dark to touch up my roots. Same with your touch up spray. Please offer better options for a wider range of your consumers. Thank you.

I have purchased this a few times and I really like the product but more than once I have found the applicator does not work properly. I turn it many times and only receive a few applications from it. I am not sure if its not working properly or perhaps it has dried up inside? Nonetheless frustrating.
