Excellent!
I have used this perm every 8 months for many years and I have been very happy with it. It takes a few weeks to relax a little but the curl lasts a long time and gives my fine hair the volume it needs.
Nasty Drying Perm
Don't ever use this perm in your hair. It is awful. It dries your hair to such an extreme level that the hair falls out easily and soon after you have to go get your hair cut off as much as possible.
