I bought this crayon and for the first time in my life was floored at the results of a concealer actually doing the job of it's name. The colour, the coverage, the staying powet.. *chefs kiss. But alas, we live in an imperfect world, and so does this crayon. I have to keep mine in the FREEZER. Yep, the FREEZER, or it melts. And folks, it's winter here in Canada. We like it cold. The heat down, a window cracked. Do, it begs the question, what is IN this crayon to make it melt at under 19°C? I don't know, or maybe I don't want to. I just want it not to melt, so I can take it with me to a "walk of shame".

I have tried every high end concealer out there and this is my favorite for blemishes and around nose area. Goes in smoothly, blends easily, coverage lasts and doesn't break me out. I don't have "bad" skin just a random blemish here and there. This was perfect! I don't like wearing foundation and this blends so well, I don't need to!

I'm over 60 with light skin and very dark under eye circles that can't be helped with " under eye creams" . I've tired high dollar brands but this one actually covers yet is a soft crayon. My skin is dry, light and a few freckles and age spots. N4-5 shade has a touch of peach with counters the blue tones in my circles. Find your shade. Easy to carry in your bag for a touch up.

Love the way this looks even after wearing all day. Doesn't crease or cause roughness of skin under my eye. Wish it was a pinker, cool tone.

I recently tried two colors of this product: n1-2-3 and w6-7-8. I thought that I had the wrong shade with the latter, but after trying a different shade, neither worked as a cover. It is greasy, translucent on the skin, and doesn't blend in. It just smears and then disappears. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

I have been using this concealer for years and love it. It covers all the blotchy spots on my arms & face. Some very dark ones. You keep making it and I'll keep buying it.

I love this product and have used it for several years. However, the fact that it is has a pointed tip escapes me. (I mean, it's called a "crayon," but really?) It seems the product is a bit creamier in texture now, which is nice, but the first time I swipe it under my eyes, the tip breaks off! This has happened with EVERY TUBE I've used in the past couple of years. I have to squish the tip back down on the base, but it still comes off every time I use it. SO FRUSTRATING! Why don't you make the tip more rounded and less pointed? There is no way to twist the new product further down into the tube. I am not sure I can buy this product any more, and I do love it. Nothing else works as well on my very dark undereye circles. I would like a replacement product, please. Maybe the amount in the base - after the tip breaks off - will make up for what I lost in that tip. Please contact me to get my mailing information so you can send me a new tube. Thank you.

I use this to cover blemishes, acne scars - and it's just perfect. I've tried EVERY concealer and this one works without causing irritation or further breakouts Some I've used just make the breakouts worse. The consistency is just right...it's soft, but not liquid (obviously), I carry 2 colors with me at all times (fair and 4-5).

I purchased this product; it is great, does not irritate my eyes, but you cannot find a sharpener for it. So you only get a few uses and that's it! WASTE OF $$$$$$$
