Good product, awful packaging
While it's a great moisturizer for dry skin, it's impossible to get more than 80% of it out if the pump. The inner pipe on the pipe is too short, and the product too thick for the pump design. So every time I use it I find I have to take a serrated knife to the pump to get at the remaining 20%. Yes,...

My fav lotion for face and body for dry skin, especially in the winter.
Pump stop working after a few use.
Grateful formula and I like the result. But bottal pump stop working after a few uses. I have to open the pump and use a stick to take out the lotion. Because it is quite a think formula I can not use it without a stick. I waste alot of it because it dry out.

Works alright. Don't really feel it's anything special. It's a bit thick/ greasy feeling.
Great cream but very bad packaging
Product is good for my kid's dry skin but the packaging is badddd. I struggled to get it out for mos part and there isso much left the the bottom that was hard to get out.
My holy grail moisturizer
This cream is the best moisturizer I've ever used. I try others (like uriage) for face and body and it's obvious how much my skin loves this one. Especially in the evenings & in winter. Amazing for dry cold climates with dry indoor heating and low humidity! I will never stray from this cream again. This and Cicaplast baume b5 are my holy grails for their categories!
Best moisturizer ever
BESTESTTT EVER. My palms get extremely dry and delicate during winter, my knuckles turns black, I sometimes get itch on my body due to the heater in the house. I've tried shea butter and other lotions nothing worked.; My skin dries back within minutes, but this product just amazed me. Looks and feels so natural and no more dry skin. I feel happy that I could feel my palms normally.
A must have for dry skin
I have eczema and find the lotion a good supplement to use daily as it appears to reduce flare ups. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars is due to the container. When the lotion is low, the pump cannot extract anything due to the lotion thickness. For that I find only use 90% of the product can be used. Placing the lotion in a jar would be an added plus for easy acces.
Very good product
Went on vacation in the Caribbean my feet hiches so badly I couldn't contain my self.. a friend told me about this cream and I brought it ..went back on vacation in the Caribbean and uses it .. it changes my life .. and I was able to enjoy the beaches and the sunshine.. I would definitely recommend this product.. it's also give you a nice sheen.
the only moisturizer that works for my skin
the only moisturizer that worked for my skin. I have acne sensitive prone skin and use tretinoin once a week and this stuff WAS THE ONLY THING that protects my skin and keeps it moisturized. I usually breakout from the simplest products and thought that Shea butter would break me out too. it also had couple ingredients that could clog pores but oh boy it gave me the glass skin I have always wanted. it did exactly the opposite and helped my skin and never broke me out. it gave me the moisture hydration and dewy skin. it looks amazing under make up too! this could be a bit heavy in high humidity area so be aware and use little amount so it wont be too much. I use it in Canada all the time even in summer and it works perfect. Been using this religiously for 4 years now and never stopping. PLEASE DONT CHANGE A THING ABOUT THIS IT IS MY HOLY GRAIL.
Excellent cream terrible bottle.
Excellent product at atopic dermatitis but terrible packaging. I love it and will continue to buy it however close to a third of the cream is unreachable by the pump and I always have to cut the bottle open to not waste any.
