It's a decent cream, a bit thick for my liking. I'm not sure what happened to the oil blue gel type of post helios but that was way more effective. I felt immediate relief and a nice cooling sensation with that. This product isn't as effective or fast acting

I am extremely disappointed with the reformulation of Posthelios. For years, I purchased the Posthelios After-Sun Gel because it was the only product that truly worked for my skin. I suffer eczema, and the gel formula was lightweight, non-greasy, soothing, and comfortable to use every day. The new Anthelios After-Sun Milk is completely different. Because it is now a lotion, it leaves a greasy and heavy finish on my skin, making it uncomfortable to wear. Unfortunately, I can no longer use it at all. What makes this especially upsetting is that it is very difficult for me to find products that are compatible with my skin. As someone with eczema and extremely sensitive skin, I spend a lot of time and money trying products that often cause irritation or discomfort. The original Posthelios Gel was one of the very few products I could rely on, so I am genuinely saddened to see it discontinued.

Bought 2 bottles after I was recommended by a friend. Nice texture but there is fragrance. My skin is very reactive to any fragrance. I thought I was safe with LP products. Deception!

What happened to the Posthelios? Creme fondante. I dont want a hydrating milk i was the other product that i swore by. Bring back Postelios after sun melting gel!

I thought I was ordering the post Helios Aftersun gel I have been using for decades. I assumed the packaging had simply changed. I was very disappointed to find out it is a completely different product. Apparently the product I wanted has been discontinued, though I'm not sure why as it was a top rated best seller that was one of our favorites and worked great . This product has an incredibly sticky consistency, does not absorb well and is uncomfortable to have on your skin. I also detest the new packaging. The cap is not a sturdy and does not seal properly and leaks, which is incredibly frustrating. Hopefully they will bring back the Aftersun gel. In the meantime, this will need to go in the garbage.

This stuff is amazing! I work in hotel laundry, working with bleach and other cleaning solutions, and use this throughout the day. It helps the skin barrier and feels wonderfully soothing, and hydrating. I also use it before, and after, sun exposure with the same exceptional results. This is truly a must have, multipurpose product! Bonus, it does not irritate my sensitive skin! I've also had skin cancer in the past, and finding something that is caring, non-irritating and just plain works can be difficult. Thank you La Roche-Posay!

I love using this on a sunburn. It's soothing, helps with healing and doesn't sting or feel sticky.
