Take the first thing in the morning, last thing at night, and 3 or 4 times during the day. Maximum 6 doses in 24 hours.Dosage : Adults: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Children 1 to 12 months:5 drops (0.125 ml) in double quantity of water Children 1 to 2 years: 5 to 10 drops (0.125ml to 0.25ml) in double quantity of water Children 3 to 5 years: 10 to 30 drops (0.25ml to 0.75ml) in double quantity of water Children 6 to 10 years: 1 or 2 teaspoons (5 à 10ml), undiluted or with an equal quantity of water

I've been using this product since 1985 for myself and my family. This product is NATURAL cough syrup and tastes great! You can use it with children from 1 month -10 years old too. Pregnant women can use it and the elderly. It's made in Québec Canada. You can use it to relieve cough due to cold, bronchitis and flu or catarrh, head colds, and coryza. You can mix it with boiling water in a cup 3-4 times a day. Shake well before using.

I've been taking this since the early 1960s (1961 & up!) The taste, and smell alone conjure up some awesome memories for me! My mother & my paternal grandmother ( God rest their souls) would rub me down with Watkins vaporub, and make me a hot toddy with 2 tbsps of Lamberts cough syrup! It was so good!) When I smell that smell, I am instantly transported back to my earliest days - loving and warm memories...!
