Absolutely above average eyeliner. Never smudge. But, I think you can find similar products at drugstores or other cheaper brands. It's still good eyeliner, however, you really don't need to buy this super expensive one.

Very disappointing product
The waterproof stylo is difficult to apply. Application requires a lot of pressure ,resulting in a thick line. The sponge end does not blend effectively. Redvic from Tampa, Florida expressed my opinion exactly.

lancome.ca/I love this eye pensil for its creaminess and excellent pigment power. I didnt really go out in a rain or swam in a pool with it, but it doesn grease and stay in place. I have hooded eyes. I am sceptical buying expensive lipliners or eyeliners, because most of the time they are not better than those you can buy in a drug store, However, this is my favourite eye liner now and I would definately buy it again. Also, what I would like to note, when you apply it on top of the eyeshadows, you can see the color/the line from it. Some eye pensils dont work well when you apply them on top of the eyeshadows, but this one does! You don't need to press it too hard to see the line. You may need to draw a line two or three times depending on your expectations of how visible it should be, but I think its fine. This eyeliner has as little tip sponge which is convenient for smoothing out the line.
