I have aging skin and this foundation does wonders for it. The color match is perfect and it applies smoothly and evenly- not too oily or dry. It provides great coverage without having to use a lot of product and it's not cakey. I have a lot of redness on my nose and cheeks and this foundation covers it nicely. It makes me feel prettier and more confident!

I recently purchased Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear foundation, and I am very disappointed with both the product and the customer service experience. I have dry skin, and after applying the foundation, my skin appeared extremely dry, cakey, dull, and textured. Rather than providing a smooth and natural finish, it emphasized fine lines and made my skin look older and less healthy. In addition, I developed eczema-like irritation in several areas of my face, which required a visit to a skin specialist and treatment with a prescribed ointment. What concerns me most is that the packaging and product information did not clearly communicate that this foundation may not be suitable for certain skin types, particularly dry or sensitive skin. Had this information been clearly stated, I would have made a more informed purchasing decision. I also had a disappointing experience with customer service. I was asked to complete a lengthy questionnaire that took approximately an hour to finish. After investing that time and providing detailed information about my experience, the only response I received was an apology, with no meaningful acknowledgment of my concerns or responsibility for the issues I experienced. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage consumers, especially those with dry or sensitive skin, to research carefully before purchasing this product. There are many alternative foundations on the market, including more affordable options, that may perform better and offer a more positive customer service experience. This review reflects my own experience with the product and the company's handling of my complaint.

It blends will and even if you add more it doesn't give you the cakey look or feel to it so that's a plus in my book.

I've been using the shade 305N and I'm really impressed with this foundation. The coverage is medium to full but still looks very natural on the skin. It does a great job covering redness and uneven tone without looking heavy or cakey. What I love most is the longevity. It lasts all day on me with very minimal touch-ups, even on busy days. It also doesn't separate or settle into lines the way some long-wear foundations do. The shade 305N is a great neutral tone and blends really well with my skin. The formula is lightweight, easy to blend (I've used both a brush and sponge), and it gives a soft matte finish that still looks skin-like. Overall, this has become one of my favorite long-wear foundations and I would definitely repurchase.
