I loved the product until I had to sharpen it: it is impossible to do so. I used two different Mercier sharpeners and neither one did anything but turn the product into a completely unusable mess. So disappointed.

way too dark brown. I am a blonde, and I usually buy your eyeliner for blondes but you don't seem to have one this year.

Soft pencil. Takes some practice to highlight only the upper inner lid.

I love these products. This takes a minute to learn how to put on but once you do, it's awesome.

The color was different in the picture. It smeared by the end of the day. I wish I did not purchase 2 of them.

Impossible to sharpen even after putting in fridge for 15 minutes as suggested. So disappointing - I used to LOVE the eye liner.

I'm thrilled that they made the caviar sticks in a thinner eyeliner I love the caviar eyeshadows and both stay on until you take it off. Great product.

I still prefer the old tightliner. I understand the ease of a pencil for customers. The old tighlightner in my opinion was superior.

This is perfect! The color opens up my eyes! This liner doesn't smudge and lasts all day!

It goes on well and looks good for the first two or three times, then almost impossible to get it to sharpen with a sharpener (I was told this would work but it does not.) I bought a good metal sharpener for two sizes of pencil but every time i was left with pieces of wood or plastic still covering the liner, and it ends up being scratchy on the eyelid. I even have tried a small and sharp exacto flat razor-knife. Difficult, and not too effective L.M. really needs to check out this product and provide a way to use this otherwise excellent liner.
