As anyone who has combination (or just dry skin) knows, liquid concealer or foundation often exacerbates the dryness and usually makes it worse—more peeling skin, which of course makes you look worse and not better... the opposite of what makeup is intended to provide. This LM real flawless concealer is def not flawless, but comparatively speaking, is much better than other liquid concealers I've used, which are quite a few. It does go on smoothly and blends nicely, but less is definitely more if you have a similar skin type. It is best, in my experience, to outright avoid parts of your face that already tend to be dryer. Sides of nostrils and both sides of my chin are already dry and often have little skin flakes despite hyaluronic acid and moisturizer, so that said, if that's where you also have dryer skin, you're probably best to avoid concealer in those spots. As I mentioned it def dries out skin more, but def not as severely as previous liquid concealer. I suppose I wonder about the color too. I chose 2C2 since I have pale skin with pink undertones, but this concealer seemed to contain just a bit too much yellow, though, it wasn't too severe and with proper blending and conservative amounts, it became less apparent than when it was first applied. Also, I tend to be detailed oriented to a deficit, so, that too should probably be considered :-) I still use it occasionally when needed, and despite the product's perceived downsides, it's still the best liquid concealer I've found to date.

As a long time lover of anything Laura Mercier, I was thrilled to be given the opportunity to try out their new Flawless Perfecting Serum Concealer. This formula had that extra "oomph" (aka products that add 8 hours of sleep and subtract 10 yrs. off your face). As a dry/sensitive skin girl with fine lines beginning to form, the serum aspect of this concealer pulled through. It glides on so smooth and does not cake after a full day's wear. As someone with a cool-neutral skintone...I cannot stress enough how hard it is to not only find a perfect color match, but it not oxidize! I received this product in exchange for my fair and honest review.

The only upside of this product was the thick consistency other than that this shade was practically red. Maybe it could be a color corrector for some however for me i wasn't able to use this product.

Absolute love for this cleanser. I used this after I run out of my favorite, which is from milk make up. It is very pigmented, buttery, and very easy to blend. I tend to use it to highlight my brows and conceal my eyes

I love how smooth it is on the skin and the way it leaves the under eye area looking bright. It's definitely a new staple in my routine. I had no problems with it creasing or drying could be different for everyone. It has been my favorite so far. I received this product for free in exchange for my review.

The Real Flawless Concealer works very well at covering up blemishes and dark spots. I also like how it sits under the eye area and that it doesn't crease. It gives a nice, airbrushed finish and is definitely a full-coverage concealer.
