Keeps my Hot Flashes away
Black cohosh was recommended to me as an alternative to HRT by my primary care doctor. I'm at the maximum now of 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules before bed as I've been taking it for 8 years. This stuff works! We can tell when I forget to take it or if I run out! I recommend this to every woman I know that is suffering from menopausal hot flashes. I also take Evening Primrose Oil at bedtime as it's said to make the Black Cohosh more effective when that is taken with the bedtime dose.
