I bought these and used them for the first time, and my gums immediately started burning. I took them off, then realized there were yellow and white spots in my gums because of the swelling and blistering, these strips caused me. They are cheap but not worth it at all.

Ive only used one out if the five sets of stripes and the result were actually shocking! My teeth were visibly much whiter and brighter!

Only used 3 times so far and it's significantly whiter. I smoke, drink tons of coffee and forget to brush sometimes (oops sry I have ADHD ehehehe) and it's working for me so swag

I saw mixed reviews, but these are so worth your buck $$$ I dealt with a bit of sensitivity but I used sensodyne toothpaste to help ease it. The only thing I found is that the adhesive isn't the strongest but it didn't slide around at all! It was more around the gums where I noticed it wasn't attached to my teeth (which is probably a good thing for your gum health). The photo attached, it's only 4 days out of the 5 day treatment. The next day was a bit lighter! Definitely going to repurchase when needed!

Effective more if u use past 30 minutes, i use them for 1 hour plus my light and wow the difference is really good and the compliments are almost the same day i whiten.

Make sure to pat your teeth dry BEFORE applying these strips on for it to actually work!

Made my teeth hurt for a day. Had to take painkillers… If you have senses teeth better get a whitening pen from colgate, it doesn't hurt

These don't work! They are a cheap quality and they don't come off the packaging very well. They also don't stay on your teeth and I didn't notice much whitening. I wouldn't recommend them!
