How to use
Wash nose with soap & water, dry completely. Center the strip over the bridge of the nose. Press and hold for 30 seconds. (See product insert for complete directions) To Remove: Gently lift from both ends. Wetting your nose and the strip with warm water will make removal easier. For single use only.
Warnings
Do not use on irritated or sunburned skin, or over sores. Do not leave on skin for more than 12 hours per day. If a rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Not to be used on children under 5 years of age. Sleep Apnea is a serious medical condition requiring accurate diagnosis and proper therapy. If you suspect these problems, consult your physician before using this product

Waste of money
They might work if the sticky part actually stayed attached to your skin. I wake up with these dang things stuck to random body parts.
Better than Name Brand
Personally, these do a better job than name brand for me and are wife approved. (I snore extra loud without these.) I will recommend cleaning and drying your nose prior to putting these on. In doing that, I never have any issues with these losing their grip or not staying in place.
Don't waste your money!
Buy the brand name nasal strips NOT these Life Brand ones. By the morning the rigid part has separated from the adhesive and is just laying across your nose like wings!
