How to use
1. Always inspect ear plugs prior to insertion. 2. With clean hands, roll and squeeze the ear plug between hands until it is compressed. 3. Reach opposite hand over head, and pull top of ear backwards to expose ear canal. 4. Quickly insert tapered end into the ear canal, and hold until foam expands (approximately 30 seconds). Do not force. If ear plug does not seem to fit properly, remove and repeat steps 1-4. 5. To remove, gently twist and pull ear plug out of ear canal.
Warnings
If discomfort or pains arise, discontinue use and seek medical assistance. Do not use if damaged or soiled. Adult supervision is required at all times. Swallowing an ear plug may interfere with breathing which could result in serious injury or death. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. This product is not a toy. Keep ear plugs in carrying case when not in use. Do not use for diving or water protection. Not recommended for use with firearms. For airplane use, remove ear plugs prior to descent. Recommended for single wear only as wax, dirt and moisture can reduce product performance.

They block noise extremely well
Been using these for years. You are suppose to squish the earplug into a smaller size, put it in your ear and when its done inflating back to its original size, you'll immediately see the difference. 33db are the best. Anything higher is fake advertisement. The only issue is that I wake up sometimes the next morning and my ears may hurt a bit from having worn them all night. Maybe it depends on your ear hole size. I guess my ear hole is a bit smaller.
Works well!
No issues, blocks out sound very well. Also works much better than the bullet shaped earplugs I used to use (the diameter of the end of those earplugs doesn't get bigger like these ones do)
Fall out of the ear easily
Don't waste your money, I thought I could use them when swimming or on a plane.
