How to use
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Always inspect ear plugs prior to insertion. 2. With clean hands, roll and compress ear plug into smallest crease-free diameter possible. 3. Reach opposite hand over head, and pull top of ear backwards to expose ear canal. 4. Quickly insert tapered end into the ear canal, and hold until foam expands (approximately 30 seconds). Do not force. 5. To remove, gently twist and pull ear plug out of ear canal.

CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS. This product is not a toy. Should not be used for diving or for water protection. Not recommended for use with firearms. For airplane use, remove ear plugs prior to descent. Keep plugs in carrying case when not in use. Do not use ear plug if it becomes damaged or soiled. Ear plugs are for single-use only, as wax, dirt and moisture can reduce product performance. If discomfort or pain arises, discontinue use and seek medical assistance. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Not the same
The earplugs are not the same as I purchased before. Same packaging though. I'm so disappointed. The ear plugs cause pain. I wish they would bring back the other ones. This was a waste of $$
Changed formula
I've been washing and re-using the old version for a couple of years now and they're all starting to fall apart. I've ordered so many other brands trying to find something similar and no luck! (Mack's is the closest). Please bring the old formula back!!!
CHANGE TO THE MAKER/FORMULA !!!
These are not what they used to be! They were the only ear plug I could comfortably use, and now they are much firmer and cause SERIOUS ear pain. I have a sleep disorder so really depended on them. I'm really really hoping they go back to their original make! If they do I'll buy 100 boxes on the spot!!
Changed supplier/maker, not the same!
I've relied on these ear plugs for years as they were the only ones that were comfortable enough for my small ears. In the last several months, Shoppers has changed either the maker or supplier (or both) and they're completely different — and terrible! The new version is more dense and stiff which means they expand too quickly and you can't insert them. Even sitting part-way in your ear they're far too uncomfortable/painful. Bring back the original version!
To dense
These don't feel like a 30db ear plugs. They are extremely dense and hurt the ears. Do not recommend.
