Just bought this two days ago as I have the smaller blue one that rotates. Had it for a year until it stopped working completely. Seen this and it was the last one. Wanted to give it a try since I thought it rotated on the face like the blue one. No it just vibrates. Usually these come half charged, went to try it and it died right away. Let it charge for about 3.5 hrs and it still blinking. I only used it for 2 minutes and it's all ready dead. Put it on charge all night and still won't hold.

My daughter was thrilled to receive this as a Xmas gift. I bought it in store in Nov 2025 without reading reviews. Like the other reviews, the brush head randomly shattered after the fifth use. Ridiculous that shoppers can continue to stock this terrible quality and defective product and not offer replacement brushes or refunds.

I bought this and enjoyed using it, however, cannot find a replacement brush to continue use. I wish I had known this was the case as it is not logical to sell a tool that is useless once the one brush is worn out. Not a sustainable product and am angered I invested in something I can no longer use, should have bought a name brand that offers replacement brush heads.

Bought it to incorporate it into my skincare routine. My fault for not reading the box, but I never would've imagined a circle brush face scrubber wouldn't rotate. It just vibrates and pushes the face wash solution around, doesn't really feel like it's doing much of anything. Also my fault for not reading the reviews because looks like replacement heads just aren't a thing…. I'm sure if you just want a vibrating circle shaped brush it would be fine, but I personally feel more effect with a facecloth.

Looking to find replacebet brushes or 3rd party ones that attach. I have been looking everywhere with no luck.

I really liked this brush until the brush head just randomly crumbled. I got it as an early xmas gift used it for 2 weeks and it broke... Shoppers needs to do something to fix this issue.

No replacement heads. A total waste of money.

J'ai adoré ma brosse jusqu'au moment où j'ai cassé la brosse échangeable. On peut facilement l'enlever et la remplacer, mais j'ai eu beau faire le tour internet et de plusieurs pharmacie, je n'ai jamais pu me procurer des brosses… j'en ai essayé de d'autre marques et ça ne fonctionne pas.

i loved this product my face always felt clean after using it and it worked well but the actual brush head broke within a few months of use and i can't see to find a replacement anywhere

This product is a terrible waste of money. The brush head broke after about 2 months of use, and replacement heads are impossible to find in store or online. I owned and used the Life brand Sonic brush daily for years…until it would no longer hold a charge, and bought this one to replace it. It is poorly made. Extremely disappointed in this product!
