Doesn't even support your wrist, it just hangs. Useless
Poor design will hurt you
Patient care was absent from the designing and selecting of this product. At the tricep end there is a big brash seem exposed to the skin that chafes and bruises from first wear, and at the forearm end there is no padding or distribution of force so it also bruises almost immediately. And you better hope you don't have inflammation or pain in either of those areas. This is suitable for wearing less than 3 hours total. Anything longer than that it will leave you sore and less focused on recovering from you original ailment.
not a first choice, desperation purchase
i am a medium sized woman and can barely get my arm through the wrist opening. I cant imagine trying to do this while wearing a cast. This is not intended for full size people or those wearing a cast. the wrist support strap also hits me exactly where my injury is. there is no padding. If i thought I would need it longer than a week i would order something else online.

can not be used with a cast
I purchased it today and had to return it right after opening. The opening for wrist is so narrow that it is impossible to use it if you have an arm/wrist cast. Design fail! The material is not good either.
