adults 18 years and older: mix 17g into a cup of water, juice, soda, coffee, tea until completely dissolved, then drink. Do not take more than 17 g per day. Do not use for more than 7 days. The bottle top is a measuring cap marked to contain 17 grams of powder when filled to the indicated line(white section in cap)

Do not use if you have a known or suspeceted bowel obstructions, have kidney disease, unless directed by a doctor, are allergic to polyethylene glycol, are under 18 years or age unless reccomended by a doctor. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have fever, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, bloating, any medical conditions, are pregnany or breast-feeding, thinking about becoming pregnant, taking starch based food thickeners for a swallowing problem. This product may reduce the thickening effect of these products, which increases the risk of choking. When using this product frequent or prolonged use may resut in dependence on laxxatives, nausea, abdominal bloating, cramping or flatulance, diarrhea and excessive stool frequency might occur. If severe, stop use and contact a doctor.it may take up to 2 to 4 days for you to have a bowel movement. do not take within 2 hours or another medicine as the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced. Stop use and ask a doctor if you develop allergic reaction, you have diarrhea and are elderly . Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or get medical help right away.
