How to use
adults 18 years and older: mix 17 g into a cup of water, juice, soda, coffee or tea until completely dissolved, then drink, do not take more than 17 g per day, do not use for more than 7 days. The bottle top is a measuring cap marked to contain 17 grams of powder when filled to the indicated line (white section in cap)

Do not use if you have a known or suspected bowel obstruction, have kidney disease, unless directed by a doctor n are allergic to polyethylene glycol n are under 18 years of age unless recommended by a doctor

Works JUST like the name brand, and a way better price!!!
I have to take this every single day, and this brand works JUST AS GOOD as the name brand Restoralax, and i also find it cheaper than the name brand, for more quantity! This stuff is an actual lifesaver, without it, I'm in excruciating pain, and it has helped SO much!!!
Clear Lac is a uselessnn
There were no directions on the botttleI had to Google to get them, I followed these instructions carefully I continued to be canstipated for an entire week. It was necessary for medical to buy another laxative.
