Useless
These pills are useless as you'd have to take an obscene amout a day to get the recommended dosage. For a woman thats around 10 grams a day meaning I'd have to take 20 pills a day 500mgx5 =2.5 grams x4.. that's garbage as the recommended dosage would do nothing.
