How to use
DIRECTIONS – (1200-WATT MICROWAVE): 1. Ensure microwave is free from oils, food and dirt particles and ensure wrap is at room temperature. 2. Distribute beads evenly and place unfolded wrap flat in microwave. 3. Heat at full power for 50 seconds. 4. Knead contents to distribute heat. Test temperature for comfort level before applying. If wrap is too hot, let cool until temperature is acceptable. 5. If not hot enough, return to microwave and heat in 10-second increments. 6. Do not overheat. Excessive heating may cause wrap to rupture and leak. COLD THERAPY DIRECTIONS: 1. Place wrap in freezer for at least 4 hours. 2. Knead beads and apply to affected area for 20 minutes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Remove and wait for at least 20 minutes. Repeat as needed. 3. Remove pack at any sign of discomfort. Test pack temperature prior to re-application.

CAUTION: Always test pack temperature prior to application. Prolonged application may cause injury, including burns. Do not use on infants. Do not use if you have poor circulation. Do not use heat therapy on stitches or an open wound. Do not fall asleep using pack. Use only under adult supervision. For extreme, prolonged, or chronic pain, contact a physician. Use only as directed. Heating beyond suggested time may damage or destroy pack. Do not puncture pack and/or ingest contents. For external use only.

Love this thing. Never used it warm but the ice pack is COLD and provides amazing relief. I have left it on while getting ready for work too (standing), the Velcro keeps it secure in place

Amazing knee wrap……am purchasing second one now! Post Total knee replacement and this is the absolute best gel wrap on the market…..I've tried all of them!!!
Cold compress does not work at all.
Recently bought this for post acl surgery, put it in the freezer for much longer than 1 hour and followed instructions by "kneading it" just to be utterly dissapointed as it's won't even get slightly cold, let
