How to use
Dosage: Adults and adolescents 12 and over: Take 1 capsule daily to suppress symptoms. If you are on antibiotic(s), take at least 2-3 hours before or after.
Warnings
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. If you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).

Life Changing
I purchased this at my local shoppers, Im a person that suffers from debilitating IBS and digestion issues, this is the absolute best thing I've tried so far. Made in Italy as well, highly recommended, totally different this experience
Garbage
I've been taking it for a week thinking I'd save some money instead of using align digestive. Well that was a wrong decision save no money because it doesn't work .
