How to use
Directions: Wash and dry feet thoroughly. Use scissors to cut moleskin into desired shape. Peel away backing and apply over affected area. Also may be applied directly to inner shoe to reduce irritation, and increase comfort.
Warnings
Caution: Do not apply directly to blister or broken skin – for these areas, cut out piece so that Moleskin fits around blister or broken skin. Warnings: Patients with diabetes and those with poor circulation should consult a physician before using this product.

Great product
I've been using Moleskin since I was 16ish and flats were huge. They work wonders on preventing blisters and friction pain. Just cut the Moleskin to the appropriate size, peel off the backing and place on the shoe where it's bothering you. It lasts a long time too so definitely worth the price :)
Cut the product first, then remove adhesive.
The other reviewer did not know how to use the product. You cut it to shape first, then remove the adhesive. Moleskin is an essential product for hotspots on your feet. Place it on the hot spot (i.e. the friction point) of your feet. It will prevent painful blisters.
Do not buy
I never write reviews but when the performance of a product is the equivalent to you throwing money in the garbage, you feel so inclined. The sticker on the back of the moleskin would not come off without removing all of the adhesive from the back, deeming the product completely useless. I threw it in the garbage. Don't waste your money.
