How to use
DIRECTIONS (ADULTS): Take 3 capsules once daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disease, if you have low estrogen or symptoms of low estrogen, if you have or are pre-disposed to cancer, if you are taking antiplatelet medication or blood thinners, or if you are attempting to conceive. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with products containing green tea extract have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Consult a health care practitioner if you have gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acids, or if you are taking any medication. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have iron deficiency. STORE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE

This product actually changed my life!!!
This completely cured my PMS symptoms and estrogen dominance!!!! For the past year and a half, I have suffered from severe PMS symptoms which impacted me almost the entire duration of my cycle, including horrible, persistent hormonal acne. Life Changing
This is a life changing product if you are dealing with hormonal imbalances in any shape. When taking this regularly I noticed all yes ALL of my pre menstrual issues disappear.
