Amazing
This probiotic is an amazing find proven by reasearch that the 2 strains included help anxiety and improve mood.something I can vouch for.I only gave 4 stars because the inconsistancy between batches . I can feel it right away when they are not working.
Lifesaver
I've been taking these probiotics for a while and whenever I stop I notice I'm more stressed and agitated. Who knew probiotics could help with stress. So glad I found these and that Shoppers has them for such a great price.
Helped a lot!
I've been having gut issues and wqs recommended to take a probiotic. Not only did this help my gut, but my partner and best friend both noticed I was a lot calmer after I started taking these. It was one of the few things that finally helped me to relax this year.
