Life saver!
This is the only anti nausea medicine I can tolerate and it works on all kinds of nausea I've had from the flu, motion sickness, migraines, concussion, general upset stomach, etc. I pick the Lifebrand one over the gravol once since the Lifebrand one has always worked for me and the non medicinal ingredients are easier for me than the tablet form. I find it doesn't work proactively so keep that in mind, but it's still the most amazing most helpful medicine and I would be so upset if this were ever discontinued. I always stock up and recommend to everyone.
Bad for GERD
Reviewed at
realcanadiansuperstore.ca/enThe liquid triggers gerd nearly every time. If you have Gerd try only capsules containing ginger powder or only use compressed pills. I have both gerd and IBS and tried this brand and its not alone. I tried other liquid caps including Gravol brand. So its not a fault of quality. Its a fault of type/method. If you dont have reflux disease or irritable bowel this product may work very well for you. Unfortunately those with reflux are high consumers of anti nausea neds as are IBS and similar conditions. Some use these products daily. I use them a few times a month despite a perscription medication for gerd. It would be nice if the store offered a store brand powder in capsule or compressed ginger powder pill option for those with chronic health conditions like ibs and gerd. Especially larger bottles and 1pill adult dose strength.
