How to use
For cold therapy: 1. Place Life Brand® Gel Bead Ice Bag in freezer for at least 1 hour. 2. Remove gel bead ice bag from freezer and apply to desired area. Monitor skin during application to avoid frostbite. If the temperature is too cold, remove the bag and reapply when temperature is comfortable. 3. After use, store in freezer for future use. NOTE: DO NOT apply cold therapy for more than 20 minutes. Moisture may appear on the surface of bag after removing from freezer. This is due to condensation from surrounding temperatures and is not an indication of leakage.

CAUTION: • DO NOT open bag cap as gel beads are not to be removed. • Always check for your personal comfort level before application. • Individuals with circulatory or diabetic issues should consult a physician before use. • This product is designed for cold use only. • Do not attempt to heat. • Do not sit or lean on bag. • External use only. • Unattended use of bag by children, elderly or incapacitated persons is dangerous. • Do not apply to open wounds. • Do not ingest. If gel beads are swallowed, drink several glasses of water and contact Poison Control Center immediately. • If contents are exposed to skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly and consult a physician. • Do not use and discard if punctured or leaking. • Keep away from sharp objects. • Do not expose to sunlight for an extended period of time. • Do not use this product with topical analgesic products (sports creams, ointments or lotions). • KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. • USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. • Discontinue use of this product IMMEDIATELY if it becomes uncomfortably cold.
