COLD THERAPY DIRECTIONS: 1. Place compress in freezer for 1 hour. 2. Remove compress from freezer and test compress temperature for your personal comfort level. If temperature is acceptable, apply to the injured area and secure in place with strap. Do not wrap too tightly. 3. After use, store compress at room temperature. DO NOT apply cold therapy for more than 20 minutes.

Never wrap too tightly and monitor for your comfort level regularly. As freezer temperature vary, always test temperature for comfort level prior to use. Individuals should not use gel compress before consulting a physician, if circulatory problems are suspected or known. Do not apply excessive weight to gel compress by sitting or leaning on gel compress, as gel compress may burst or leak. For external use only. If used on children or an incapacitated person, monitor closely and do not leave unattended. If swelling and/or pain persists, pleas consult your physician. If contents come in contact with eyes, flush with water. If contents are swallowed, drink several glasses of water and contact a physician or Poison Control Centre.
