Ever since my operation I have tried almost every brand, style, fit, you name it. For me these life brand ones , they meet all of my criteria, absorbent I can last all night with no leakage, very comfortable , my only minor issue is they don't have one size smaller than the small / medium,. I was 6 foot 210 before now 7 years later 6 feet tall 145 on a good day my physical frame has changed quite a bit . It would be great if they were made with a tighter waistband. I only carry on like this kind of thing guys who have had the surgery ( neo bladder ) don't ever talk about this because most are to tough others, to embarrassed. Guys we need to start talking about our issues. Yeah we have them too so put your pride and embarrassment away. Be like me every day I wake up a proud cancer survivor. And I don't care what the uninformed think. But that is my option. 1 more opinion. There the best absorbent briefs that I have been able to find in 7 years 4 of which with only these especially when they are on sale. I strongly recommend these.
