How to use
HOT THERAPY DIRECTIONS (1200-WATT MICROWAVE): 1. Pack must be at room temperature before microwave use. 2. Heat for 15 seconds. 3. Knead contents to distribute heat. Apply with plush fabric side against the skin. If pack is too hot, let cool until temperature is acceptable. 4. If additional heat is desired, return to microwave and heat in 2-second increments. Do not exceed total heating time of 17 seconds. Excessive heating may cause pack to rupture and leak. 5. Store at room temperature in bag provided for future hot therapy use. COLD THERAPY DIRECTIONS: 1. Place gel pack in bag provided and lay at in freezer for at least 2 hours. 2. Apply with the plush fabric back to the skin. If pack feels too cold, remove and re-apply when temperature is acceptable. 3. Place pack in bag provided and store in freezer for future cold therapy use.
