The one thing that is one of the main components was made thoughtlessly. Was there even product testing or quality and performance check. The straps are soft side of Velcro and the other side is spikey side of Velcro. Both on the full strap. So either I put the soft side on my skin and the outside gets caught to everything defeating the aspect of a brace. Or I put the spikey side on the underside and it causes skin chafing which is highly uncomfortable. I'm so annoyed I didn't keep the box :( figured it's a pretty straight forward product. This is the same problem on the 4 sided splint as well. There is a review to attest to the poorly made splint! Do better Life!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
