How to use
DIRECTIONS: Chew one piece of gum slowly and intermittently for 30 minutes using a chew and park technique (see insert for details). Discard gum after 30 minutes out of the reach of children. Repeat dose with new piece of gum when urge felt to smoke again.
Warnings
CAUTION: Do not use if you are a non-smoker or occasional smoker. WARNINGS: For Adults only, not to be used by persons under 18 years of age. Do not smoke, use nicotine patches or use any other form of nicotine while using this gum. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing a child or if you are an occasional or non-smoker or if you have temporomandibular joint disorder. Do not use for longer than 6 months without consulting a doctor. Store away from children and pets. See insert for further details. SIGNIFICANT INCOMPATIBILITIES AND DRUG INTERACTIONS: Ask your doctor if you have heart, thyroid, circulation, stomach, throat/mouth problems, high blood pressure or if you take insulin or any prescription medicine. SIDE EFFECTS: Consult your doctor or pharmacist if injury or irritation occurs. See insert. Store in the original packaging under normal storage conditions away from direct light. The effectiveness of Nicotine Gum is directly related to your motivation to stop smoking. Consult your pharmacist or doctor regarding the availabillty of smoking cessation programs in your area. Most people need~ 10 pieces of gum per day, do not exceed 20 pieces per day. Reduce your intake each day by 1-2 pieces until stopped. See insert for details.
