How to use
• Insert tip of actuator into nostril and press gently until adequate volume has been sprayed and the nasal passages are moist. Blow your nose very gently to clear the mucus out. Repeat for the other nostril. • For babies and children, do not insert nozzle beyond the fl ange. • Use as often as needed.

Only 75mL
I used to love this product, but lately I'm noticing it doesn't seem to last long. I'm not sure if they reduced the amount, but regardless it only holds 75mL for almost $12. I see there are similar products for the same price elsewhere that have almost double the amount, so I will be shopping elsewhere.
Great relief for chronic nasal congestion
This is by far the best preservative free nasal mist spray I use daily to help clear thick mucus and reduce congestion . It is not cheap but the air tight bottle and delivery system allow the solution to be preservative free which is important amd worth it if you are going to use it on a daily basis.
Best Nasal Spray Tip
I have severe sinus issues, mainly from allergies. I find a lot of larger nasal spray tips are long and sharp. The Life Brand is shorter and blunted, so if your being to quick and not careful you don't stab yourself and hurt your nose. This is my favorite and I go through a couple a month. The price is very reasonable compared to other brands. I hope they come back.
Very effective
I love this product! I had radiation therapy on my nose for skin cancer 4 years ago, and will likely be using nasal mist at least once daily for the rest of my life. It's much more affordable than the name brand products and works at least as well. I've tried the (cheaper) squeeze bottles, but they just don't do what I need.
Don't Pay Extra
Just get the regular mist 30ml. This one is ridiculous, use wise and price wise.
Good but way too expansive
Good product, but recent price increase has made it unaffordable! Gotta find an alternative!!
