Best bang for your buck
Have been previously using various brands of Lemon flavoured Omega-3 liquid daily for over 16 years and this is as good as any of the much higher priced brands. This has now been my go-to Omega-3 liquid for the past 3 years.
Messy
The lid and the area of the bottle it touches get quite oily, sticky and messy despite my attempts to clean them.
Not suitable for me
I got acne on my arms and back within 2 days of use. Not recommended
Yuck. Taste needs work.
I have been using liquid omega-3s for years and purchased this on sale when my favorite was out out stock (Naturopathic Labs Clean Omega 3, lemon meringue flavour). This Life brand one starts off tasting ok and finishes with an awful sickly sweet lemony flavour. Previously I've used Nutrasea and it tastes much better than this one. I should have paid more to get it instead. It will be long 3 months to finish this big bottle. 😭
I'm a believer in this product
I take a couple of teaspoons of this every day (1 at breakfast, 1 at supper). I do believe that it improves my overall health. It will be interesting to see my next bloodwork result as far as omega-3 fatty acid percentage is concerned , having taken this for about a year now.
We buy this product in repeat!
My husband hates fish so finding an omega oil that he can not only tolerate but likes is a treasure. He takes it by a teaspoon. I put it in my smoothies and make a "G'Ma's best smoothie" for the grandkids. Don't stop making it please.
Not for me.
The cream based omega oil I normally use is backordered so I bought this one to tide me over. Unfortunately even 1/2 a tsp in my smoothie caused some stomach upset and actually changed the flavour of the smoothie quite a bit.. not fishy at all but definitely repeated with the lemon taste. Not my cup of tea.
