How to use

Too hard to swallow. I'll choose glycerine coated next time
I bought them for the reasonable price, reputable brand and availability locally. I like to keep my stores open. And although few pills give me trouble, these ones do. Just too hard to swallow. So I'll look for capsules next time which are very much easier to swallow. As for the effectiveness, I'm still unsure months later, after hip replacement. I'm told they should help, but I sure need a lot to help to regain joint function.
