How to use
Adults: 18 years & above 0.05-0.1ml once per day. Apply, once a day, a thin layer of product to the entire surface of the affected nail. Allow to dry for a few minutes. Wash excess solution thoroughly from unaffected areas of the skin, including hands after contact. Continue treatment for 12 to 24 full weeks
Warnings
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A slight transient irritation of the skin near the affected nail may occur; If irritation worsens or persists, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Inoffensive discoloration (whitening) of the affected nail may occur. In rare cases, the affected nail can come off. If this happens, stop using and consult a health care professional. This product contains lactic acid which may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Limit sun exposure and apply a sunburn protectant while using this product and for a week afterwards.

Great when used in combination treatment
I cured my toenail fungus using apple cider vinegar and hot water foot soaks, followed by this urea cream, followed by latherig Vicks VapoRub on. Used a bandaid to wrap it all up, left it all day and/or overnight. Cured mine in 7 months.
Save your money
Not very effective. Better off with prescription med like Jublia - might even cost you less if you have a drug plan. Worked a lot better for me..
