How to use
Adults: Apply thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3 - 4 times per day. Rub and/or massage into skin until ointment vanishes. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days. Children 2 - 12 years: Application should be supervised by an adult.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not cover with a tight bandage. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not place in nostrils. Not to be taken orally. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Centre immediately. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If couch persists for more than a week, or tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, consult a health care practitioner. If you have chronic lung disease or shortness of breath, do not use this product, unless directed by a health care practitioner. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, rashes and/or burning discomfort have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away.
