Posterior Tibial Tendonitis
My feet & left ankle have been getting more sore working from home since the beginning of covid & not eating shoes during the day anymore. So, I bought these arch sleeves to wear inside my ballet-style slippers to give me better arch support. Both the balls of my feet & the heels could barely touch the floor due to how heigh these arch supports are. Well, I wore them all of one day & maybe an hour of a second day & noticed pain below my inner left ankle. Instead of helping, these arch supports gave me Posterior Tibial Tendonitis. It's been almost a week since I stopped wearing them & my tendon is still inflamed.
