How to use
DIRECTIONS (ADULTS): Take 1 capsule 3 times daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after taking antibiotics.
Warnings
CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. This product has come into contact with milk and soy. Do not use this product if you have a milk or soy allergy. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, a history of kidney stones, if you are taking blood thinners, or if symptoms persist. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). STORE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE

Only probiotic for me
This is the only probiotic that helps my IBS symptoms. It is easy on my stomach and I notice when I miss taking it.
The taste is horrible
I've just started using these but I can't get past the taste of the vegetarian capsule. It makes me gag. As to whether they work to prevent UTI's, time will tell. I will switch to another brand, though, once this bottle is empty.
