Great for my small mouth
These are minimalist and light devices but they do the trick for me.
Damaged my teeth
I can feel permanent noticeable wear on my molars after only a week of use. Since they are disposable and less durable, the guards break down after 2-3 nights and are made of plastic which means you are swallowing plastic.
Terrible fit
Does not fit or stay in place, the guard is too narrow and slides forward out of my mouth when I try to use it, the sides painfully rub on my gums. Really regret purchasing this.
Convenient backup nightguard
On my second box. These are convenient, but they don't replace the custom-made one from the dentist. Pros: They're disposable and require virtually zero care or maintenance. I wear them on lazy or sick days when I don't want to deal with cleaning my custom nightguard in the morning. Cons: The bite plates are too short and don't cover all the molars. This puts more pressure on the teeth that are covered, which can cause some pain if you wear them too many nights in a row. I wish they were about 1/4 inch longer. Overall, I'd only recommend these as a backup. You should still get a custom-made nightguard from your dentist for regular use.
Just the thing!
A minimalist design in a soft material. It took only two three nights to get used to these and to feel they were making a difference. I wish I would have found them sooner!
Grind guard
This product is identical to others with a similar name. However it is much more affordable. Love it ❤
Nope
Worse than useless. Bought these after the dentist said I might be grinding my teeth at night. Stopped wearing them when I noticed they made my gums recede and that they were damaging my teeth.
